I need your help to mediate between me and VUQE as she is not replying to my queries.
I am aware of her status as a mod, but I hope that all spree-ers will be treated fairly and equally.
I am keeping her in the loop as I wish to be on open terms with her.
To summarize, I asked her to check the shipping units on my item which was unusually high.
She started finding fault on the format for my alt item, insisting that it should have been contained in 1 line.
I was rather unhappy about this, as nowhere was the format of the alternative item stated, and that she chose to ignored the fact my alt was a skirt which ran by a different method of sizing.
Further more, I felt that she was unnecessarily defensive, when I only requested to check the shipping units.
Anyway, we finalized on the topup amount which I promptly made.
Trouble is, to date I have not received my item, and am unable to get any confirmation from her on whether my item was mailed out.
I would like to propose the following course of action:
VUQE shall refund me half the total amount that I transferred to her and I shall leave her a bad review.
Once I receive my item, I shall credit back the money to her and revise my review to neutral.
If she should decide that she will confiscate my item as stated in her past email, she be open about it and give me a full refund.
Also, I wish to receive a copy of the original invoice from Target.

Ouch! No need confiscate my item just because I asked about the error in shipping units.
I didn't even ask to check the invoice from Target and you know I have the right to.
Not that I care to make things unpleasant just to check if a certain 10% discount code was applied...
I assume my item would not coincidentally go missing or get damaged in the mail?
Transferred! Better mail out the item and hope that it reaches me before I really start complaining.

Anyhow, I will be revising your topup amount. You need to topup SGD5.18 in total. It is because of your own wrong format that the calculations were wrong so please take things into perspective. If I want to overcharge you or cheat your money you will simply not receive your item at all. So it's best you be polite and nice.
